Thinning technique

Unlike the other crops, Chamomile do not require thinning.

 

Harvesting technique

For leaves, cut the top 2 inches of the plant, leaving at least 3 inches at the base for regrowth. Flowers are harvested as soon as they emerge at any point on the stem to encourage additional blooms.
