Thinning technique

After you've transplanted your seedlings to the grow shelf. Each pod should be thinned to 1 - 2 seedlings. To do this pull out the excess seedlings using a pair of tweezers or your fingers gently.

Harvesting technique

Crop the larger leaves first by trimming at the very base of the stem. You may cut the largest leaves from any of the plant while leaving the small, inner leaves for regrowth.
